  Where are all the public trashcans that usually line the streets of most American cities? And why don't I see more littering, for that matter?

  0 0 What neighborhood is lacking in trash cans? I can't speak for every area in town but in NW and downtown there are plenty of cans, you might just have to walk a block or two with trash in hand.
