A friend of mine had terribly yellow teeth. He told that it was his experience that people treated him as if he were less intelligent. Also, when he tried to hold cobcersatiob with people, they would stare at his teeth, sometimes, instead of listening to what he was saying. It was a big distraction.
So, it was a mental issue for him. He was a lot happier with whiter teeth.

The photo with the yard stick for scale is good idea. You should take one every year and compare them.

I've looked into it, but doesn't look like they have a lot of weight training-type machines. I want to do cardio and some general weight training, nothing crazy.

    Thoughts?

yes, but the author concedes that to completely give up all indulgences is somewhat absurd, and instead makes suggestions on how to compensate when we do eat like fat greasy sugar whores.

it includes a lot of information that i doubt most people have ever even realized had anything to do with how our digestive systems work and how it affects our body and our energy. it's not a 'diet' book per say.

Oh thank you! Hope the biopsies came back good. Now if the sun would come out for more than a day we could all go work on our moles.

Thanks for the sincere answer. I had a doctor remove four of them in one session a couple of months ago. No complications.

oh ONE MORE THING! If you start taking meds, just know that every pill has a different effect on every person, so it can take a while and a lot of experimenting before you find the right medication or combination of medications. a lot of people just give up if the first thing they take doesnt help them. this is bad. also, whatever poeple think they have is not always what they actually have, like i thought i had depression but years later i learned i was bipolar, you just really be self aware so you can effectively describe how you feel to your doctor. i think i win this conversation right? my answer was definitely the best.

PS: You can order the book from Harleqiun (dot com), it is pretty inexpensive.
