Where would you get a custom car stereo installed for an old car?

I know that this might not be the typical question for the questionland demographic (I don't know how many of you guys covet subwoofers, etc), but I wanted some advice regardless.
I have an old 1981 Mercedes Diesel (300 SD) that I would love to upgrade the speakers in. From the research that I've done, it's kind of a tricky vehicle to add speakers to because it only accepts certain ones, etc. I'm looking for a place that has done work on older Benzos or other vintage cars. Any leads are appreciated!

When I was in high school I had a 84 Nissan Stanaza that was quite tricky to install modern stereo stuff in. Where I ended up going was Audo-FX out on 82nd. They were able to hook me up and make things look pretty nice.
This was 10 years ago, but looks like the place is still open, or at least they have a website.
