Nob Hill Bar and Grill does a killer bar burger. Green Dragon's wagu burger rocks. Deschutes' Yellow Belly burger has pork belly and yellow tomato relish. My fav is the Portland burger at Klondike Restaurant in St Helen's. Prime beef, chuck, andouille sausage and bacon -- all ground together.   0 0 Roakes is just a greasy burger joint but so fricken good. I've been told its like an in&out but I've never been.
